2022 Ford Maverick Trim Levels and Features

The 2022 Maverick is Ford’s compact but mighty pickup truck. The Maverick is versatile, fuel-efficient, and packed with clever technology and features. With three different trim levels and a Hybrid option, there is a choice for everyone.

The 2022 Ford Maverick is available in three trim levels; XL, XLT, and Lariat. Each trim level has the same cab size, bed length, and standard Hybrid powertrain.

The Maverick XL comes standard with a 2.5-liter hybrid powertrain, front-wheel drive, steel wheels, black plastic exterior accents, and a spare tire. Standard convenience features include automatic headlights, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking. Inside features power windows, a height adjustable drivers seat, cloth upholstery, a flip-up rear bench seat, an 8-inch touchscreen and a six-speaker sound system.

Maverick XLT

The Maverick XLT features all of the equipment that the XL offers and also adds 17-inch alloy wheels, power mirrors, the FlexBed cubby storage, a power tailgate lock, and Ford’s SecuriCode access pad. The exterior trim is upgraded and a different cloth upholstery covers the rear seats and center armrest.

The XLT Luxury Package adds a full-size spare tire, bed tie-down rails, a spray-in bedliner, LED bed lighting, and a trailer hitch receiver. Inside, an eight-way power driver seat, manual passenger seat height adjustment, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and USB ports in the back seats.

Maverick Lariat

The top trim Maverick Lariat includes the power driver seat, leather-wrapped steering wheel, rear USB ports, and LED headlights. It also adds a power-sliding rear window, rear privacy glass, one-touch up/down windows, and push-button start. Inside features ActiveX simulated leather upholstery, a larger instrument panel display screen, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a six way power passenger seat.

The Lariat Luxury Package adds all of the XLT Luxury equipment along with helpful safety features including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability, lane centering, evasive steering assist, post-collision brake hold, and rear parking sensors. Inside, the Luxury Lariat gets an upgraded 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and an 8-speaker B&O audio system.

The First Edition package has all the Luxury equipment plus a black painted roof and mirror caps, a sunroof, unique wheels, and First Edition decals.
