World’s Best-Selling Sports Car Over the Last 10 Years Combined!
Over the last 10 years combined, according to Ford analysis of registration data from S&P Global Mobility, the Ford Mustang is the world’s best-selling sports car!
The country with the strongest demand for the Mustang is the United States, making up 78% of global sales. Germany mustang sales were up 17.0% in 2022, Britain up 14.4%, Switzerland up 14.9%, and the Middle East was up 7.4%.
The brand new seventh-generation 2024 Mustang adds another chapter to the iconic Mustang family! The Mustang offers two new engines, a 2.3-liter EcoBoost and the Mustang GT’s 5.0-liter Coyote V8. An all-new Remote Rev feature gives the ability to rev the car’s engine remotely using the key fob, and a new Electronic Drift Brake. The Mustang Dark Horse is the first new performance name for Mustang since 2001. The Mustang Mach-E SUV (electric) is now available in 39 countries.
