2022 Ford Super Duty: More Convenience, Connectivity, and Personalization

The 2022 F-Series Super Duty Truck is getting some smart and stylish upgrades for the new model year and continues to offer the highest available payload, and max conventional and fifth-wheel towing.
“Super Duty customers aren’t just working harder these days, they are also working smarter,” said Todd Eckert, Ford Truck Group Marketing manager. “We’re further helping our customers raise their game and get the job done with purposeful technology through the introduction of SYNC 4 with a larger 12-inch screen and 24×7 cloud connectivity for both their truck and mobile devices.”
Technology

The all-new landscape oriented 12-inch center touch screen is standard on Lariat and above models with physic controls below the screen for quick access to commonly used functions. The split screen functionality makes it easy for occupants to multitask, for example, showing the navigation screen and music at the same time.
The all-new SYNC 4 system can wirelessly run Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and features an updated voice commands capability. Customers can now interact with the truck using a more conversational natural voice to ask for directions or delays along the route.
“These additions build on the major updates we made for 2020 and we keep working hard to bring the best in capability and productivity to assist our hardworking Super Duty customers everyday,” said Eckert.
New Design

The 2022 Super Duty offers a new Lariat Sport Appearance Package that includes body colored bumpers, exterior mirrors and grille, a chrome exhaust tip, and black platform running boards.
The Black Appearance Package is now available for XLT models and includes 20-inch Ebony Black painted premium wheels, body-color front and rear bumpers, and six-inch Ebony Black running boards.
New colors are available for the interior and exterior of the 2022 Super Duty including a Baja interior got the Lariat, a Navy Pier and Light Slate interior for Limited, and an Atlas Blue exterior color.
