Tyler in the service department was awesome and did everything he could to help me. My F150 broke down and I had it towed to my regular shop, which apparently was purchased by a new company, and they diagnosed my issue incorrectly after having the vehicle for 3 days. After it broke down again a day later, I researched the issue in connection with the codes the shop pulled and determined it was most likely a transmission issue. Since I no longer trusted the previous shop and it looked like something more on the complex side, I decided to reach out to a Ford dealer directly (which I almost never do). I spoke to Tyler over the phone, told him about the codes and my issue and he asked me to bring it in, so he could diagnose it. He stated he most likely couldn't get to it until the following day. He called me back 3-4 hours later and confirmed it was the exact issue that I suspected it was based on my research. I authorized the repair. A few days later, he called me and informed me the parts came in sooner than expected and the truck was good to go. I've been trying the truck on my normal commute for almost a week now and have had zero issues. Thanks again Tyler!

Traveled to the Greensburg area to see my girlfriend when I lost the rear brakes on my Navigator. Had my SUV towed in to their facility and had the rear pads and rotors replaced. Great service by their team, they really know how to make a customer feel like a person and not just another dollar.
