Ford Introduces Performance Winch for 2020 F-Series Trucks

Ford Winch

For the first time ever, the new 2020 F-series Super Duty has an available integrated electric winch with the Tremor Off-Road Package. The Ford Performance Parts Warn winch has 12,000 pounds of winching power and will be available for both gas and diesel-powered Super Duty Tremor pickups.
This add-on can be ordered through the factory or it can be installed by the dealership after sale. “We developed this unique winch in cooperation with Warn specifically to meet Built Ford Tough truck standards for our new F-Series Super Duty,” said Ron Meredith, Ford truck vehicle personalization planning manager.

Developers designed this product with both crash safety and capability in mind. The winch is fully integrated and is mounted behind the steel bumper. This provides optimized airflow and clearance no matter engine choice.
The winch is made of an abrasion-resistant synthetic cable which provides high-tensile strength, and the ability to pull almost any rig out of, over, or through, any obstacle.
“Having a winch specially designed to our Built Ford Tough standards gives our hard-working Super Duty customers yet another tool to extend this truck’s capabilities whether at work or on the trail,” said Meredith.
