Pittsburgh's annual Mother's Day tradition, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, is scheduled for the morning of Sunday, May 14th, 2017 at Flagstaff Hill in Schenley Park. Ford will once again be a proud national sponsor for the event. You can currently find the 2017 Entry Form at Smail Ford, right on Route 30 in Greensburg, PA. The form, in addition to the registration information and form, also contains important race information, schedules and the Pledge Form.

Smail Ford Helps Distribute Pink Terrible Towels at Steelers Breast Cancer Awareness Game

Employees of Smail Ford teamed with Ford Motor Company and other local Ford dealerships to help raise Breast Cancer Awareness this past Sunday at Heinz Field. Stationed at several entrances around the stadium, volunteers spent the morning distributing Pink Terrible Towels to fans entering the Pittsburgh Steelers game. The legendary Terrible Towel, normally yellow, goes pink every October while the Steelers and the NFL do their part to raise awareness of this important issue.

$70,000 Ford Disaster Relief Mobility Challenge

September is National Disaster Preparedness Month, and Ford has announced the Ford Disaster Relief Mobility Challenge. Ford Motor Company will be awarding three grants of up to $70,000 each to U.S. non-profit companies to be used towards the purchase and upfitting of a Ford Transit that would serve as a disaster response vehicle.

Ford "Ole Yeller" Mustang Shelby GT350 Raises $295,000 at Auction for EAA Youth Education and Aviation

Inspired by famous prop plane "Ole Yeller," Ford designed this one-of-a-kind vehicle for auction at the 2016 Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) AirVenture Oshkosh 2016 – the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration. Dubbed the Ford "Ole Yeller" Mustang, the car sold for $295,000, with proceeds going to benefit EAA’s youth education programs. Hank Menke, president and CEO of OFS Brands in Huntingburg, Indiana was the winning bidder.
